What can you expect in the first month of our engagement? Well, by the end of the first thirty days we will know your company and its position in your family extremely well. We talk to owners, management, and staff, review financial and operational documents, and ask all of the questions necessary for a strong start. 


Then, we take all of our findings, discuss them with you, and set a road map for the next 12 months. 

Coaching

Through regular communication via phone and email and a monthly meeting, we will work together to build competencies, develop, execute, and evaluate changes, and strengthen your business for generations to come.

Projects

Most business activities ranging from annual strategic planning sessions to help with hiring, policy review, and more are included in the coaching engagement.  Still, sometimes something big comes up and you need help. We're here for you.
